Sometimes you need time to grow into your works —

Sometimes you need time to grow into your works — there might be something in the first glance that makes you put them aside. Maybe they didn’t came out exactly the way you wanted or other works seem more appealing. The same happened with these two. The liquorice black glaze wasn’t black enough and the lilac matte glaze was too different from the others. But now after staring at them on my wall for a while I have realized their special characters — and that they pair up together perfectly 💜🖤 Definitely going to make more of these!
